Bought her second hand and havn't been able to ID her after months of trying.

1. Her hair is platinum blonde with light streaks of pink, lilac and aqua.
2. Her eye make up is purple with white shimmer shadow near the eyebrow.
3. She has jointed moveable knees but her arms aren't jointed.
4. She has moulded on pants in a painted hot pink colour.

Considering numerous colors in her hair, maybe try searching barbies that are hair related such as hair that changed under water, or hair styling, etc.

Also consider narrowing your search to dolls around that year that have jointed legs and see what comes up.

Is this her, maybe? I see shimmery eyeshadow, correct hairstyle, and joited legs.
