I found this site that identifies the year of the molds used for the Sindy dolls. According to that site, your doll is from the mid 80s.

Like the doll in the other post, I also found a picture although she's in a different box.

So, I do think that is her original clothes and I would definitely think she is a Pedigree Sindy doll.  :)
