[ID: Fashion Star Filly Chloe Accessory] help with this shiny accessory?

I got this in a lot of stuff that contained Barbie, My Little Pony, Charmkins, Littlest Pet Shop, Care Bears and a few other random toy line things.







I met FairyDust last weekend and she brought her She-Ra books and we thought it could be Spinnerella's hairpiece but some further searching online shows that it's not quite the same. This pic is from He-Man.org:



Does the shiny accessory in my pics look familiar to anyone? Was there a fakie of Spinnerella that it could be from? Some completely different toyline? I keep thinking that it might be *something* but it could just be a fakie piece or something worth a penny. But now I really wanna know what it came from!

What's interesting to me is how long the elastic string is if it is a headpiece.. I don't know!

I believe this is a crown for a Fashion Star Filly named Chloe.

Wow, thanks Eden! That's definitely it! And I even know someone who's looking for FSF accessories so I'll just stick it with the combs I already have saved for her.

Cool. The only reason I knew this was because I found this same horse at a thift store several months ago. And she had most of her accessories including the crown. I know nothing about these horses otherwise. They are very nice though.
