I've had these dogs for such a long time. Does anyone know what/who they are?

They look like they may be Puppy in my Pockets but I don't recognise them straight off.

If they are (from the 1990s) they may say MEG with a date on the bottom them. Is there any stamp on the bottom of them?

The one on the right was made in China, in 1988, and that it's a new ray novelty.

The one on the left was also made in China in 1988, but that it's a new hat novelty.
