[ID: Sweetie Pops] need help with a toy doll

I had a two toy dolls one was black one was white both were in the kneeling position and had clothes that Velcro-ed  on the back .One had curly hair the other had a ponytail . They had several sets like a rain  coat pajamas  ect . I think the doll was between 4-6 inches high. the clothes had plastic arms and legs built into the clothes , and you placed the doll into the clothes and Velcro ed   the back together. I had these in the 1980's what was this toy called?
