It's a cabbage patch kitty, it came with the poseable dolls (in the modern 6" poseable doll line).

I don't think the collar came with her. She already has a painted collar. I think the collar might be Littlest Pet Shop.

i am not certain that the collar is  LPS the original ones did have collars on some but they were molded with the pet and painted and you couldn't take them off.  it may be a new LPS or a different thing although.
