black bear that moved and made noises

I saw this black bear for sale that when you pressed it's paws the arms would move and it would make cooing and grunting noises.  I want to say  it is circa 80's or early 90's...It also had two initials on the bottom of his foot.  Maybe PF? Not really sure though  what is this bear?

Sounds an awful lot like Furreal Friends, but those were made in the 2000+ era.

thanks angelbear!  I think that is him...but here is the weird thing.  He was solid black and I can not find him on the website for Fur Reals nor on ebay.  Do you guys think he is worth something since he is MIA with his counterparts??
