Wardah, that's a possibility, but the song you're referring to is actually called "You Give Love a Bad Name". And according to a quick Google image search (for "Jon Bon Jovi 80's) he did have much longer hair back then.

Do you think it's possible that he's Billy Idol? The hair color doesn't really match.. but that's who he makes me think of.

I was watching The Nanny this weekend (yes, I LOVE that show) and there was an episode with Billy Ray Cyrus. And back then he had the most AWFUL mullet I have ever seen. Like, TRAGIC. (As did Roger Clinton in a guest appearance). Those were dark times...
