Keypers - Poke variations

Hello people!

I was doing my usual Worldwide keyper search today and i came across a rather odd photo.
Now i consider myself a bit of a fanatic when it comes to keypers and i have never seen one like this

Ok so am i looking at some rare moulding of poke or is this a customized baby?

any help would be great xxx

Looks like it's been coloured in in texta to me (most edivdent on the shoes - someone got bored with colouring halfway through?)

Yes, I agree it looks like it's been customised. Maybe some kid thought all the light colours were a bit boring.
