You guys are so great I figured I would come to you once again- as I clean and organize old toys I come across more and more things that are unidentified.  Here is the latest doll, I apologize if she is older than the 80's I am really not sure, she is only about an inch tall:

looks like a little kiddle to me, but I don't know ANYTHING about those dolls.

I am beginning to think she may be from the 60s or 70s, she may have been my moms?
