One of my friends was telling me about how there were all these silly fake commercials about him a few years ago. Anybody know the story? Who is this bear and who made the silly fake commercials?

apparently it is HIGHLY collectable and you can expect to spend over 100 Euros  
There are a ton of blogs dedicated to him and each seems to have its own homemade videos-  It is hard to know the exact words and such as I don't speak french!!  

There are also pictures that people have posted with this bear doing various things in the people's homes....
