There are websites that will translate entire sites for you.  This one works well with Japanese sites:
http://www.japantoy.biz/translate.php
Just copy and paste the URL of the site you want translated.

Apparently, these are book covers, not notebooks.

I took four semesters of Japanese but I can honestly tell you that without a shopping service there is a big chance you won't be able to buy these items. Buying from Japan, unless they cater specifically to the USA or other countries, is really hard to do.

There is a place to send them a question.

Oh covers! hihi  i do not wish to hassle people it seems so hard maybe ill find a U.S ebayer to help me with the carousel. :)
