The doll in the second pic is a Popsy doll.
They seem rare. Where did you find her? (especially in full clothing)

The yellow bonnet belongs to the Funny Fry Friends Sweet Cuddles.

The pink cat is Strawberry Shortcake's cat Custard.

The doll in the green is Sunnypeek from Lady Lovely Locks.

Thanks guys I've got a few more toys that need identifying so I'll add them on here too
I remember the Funny Fry Friend now and I'm sure I've got the doll that goes with it somewhere.
I've had the Popsy doll since I was little.
I am going to put most of these on ebay and as well as lots of other 90s toys I've got if anyones interested let me know and I'll post a link.

The pink comb with the three flowers is for Popsy.

The three bears under the photo of the rose brush are from Teddytown/Teddy's Wonderland and other various names.

The pink combs in the picture above the yellow brush are Bitsy Bear combs.

The yellow bear figure is Jelly Bear from Strawberry Shortcake. It's Butter Cookie's pet.

The two little teddies in the overalls are from Teddies in Wonderland. Or Teddy's Wonderland one of the two. My little sister had them back when she was about five years old and my grandparents didn't have toys at their house anymore. So she got them at a dollar store and more sets followed.

The tiny poseable boy with brown hair is (I'm pretty certain) from one of Bluebird's 'Oh Penny' (UK/Australia) or 'Oh Jenny' (USA) playset.

The 12th photo from the bottom, in the second lot of photos with the 3 pink brushes may be from a Tyco line. As the shape is simullar to the Tyco Quints dolls range, but where yours have flowers the Tyco Quints dolls have love hearts, so maybe they slightly altered the shape for one of there different doll lines.

I recognise the last image in the first post of the bear (9th image down).

The bear is from 'Teddy in my Pocket' the 'Secret Heart' range.

I found this link which shows a number of bears and the one in your post appears to be '49. Elaine "happy birthday"'

I know this isn't much help, but the yellow elephant is likely from a line that Taratoy did in the early '90s. I recognize the style, since I had a dog from that set when I was little, and I'm pretty sure that they also made ponies (which I collect).

Once I remember the name I will edit this.

I think the baby in the fourth picture is a mini Magic Nursery Baby.

And I think the blue flower hair clip is a Keyper accessory.
