Are you sure? The date stamp says 1987 when Peppermint rose came in 1992.

The body mold you have was copyrighted in 1987 by Mattel for a Skipper doll.  If you search 1987 Skipper on ebay, you'll see dolls pop up through the 1990s.  They don't change the copyright on the back.

I don't know much about Peppermint Rose, but if she is using the Skipper body from 1987, then that's your doll.
