Now I know this isn't exactly a toy - but I'm hoping someone can help be because it's been bothering me for weeks now.

In the 90's (I'd say mid-late 90's) My sister and I had these milk shakers...from what I remember they were almost like a cocktail shaker. You could make flavored milk with them (I THINK there were some sort of flavor packs you added to them, but I don't completely remember that part). They were white with fun cartoony designs on them - and I'm pretty sure there were cartoon cows on them. They were shaped like a milk bottle,and the top came off like a cocktail shaker so you could add the milk and flavor.

I want to say they were some sort of promotion for something - but I can't be sure. $:-\$

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I actually searched a few things before "cow milkshake shaker", and it was the first picture that came up! I'm glad I could help you.

The one with cows on was part of a 1998 milk promotion, and marked 1998 National Fluid Milk Processor Promotion Board

I also found this one on ebay, which was part of the 1999 "Got Milk?" promotion and came with a recipe leaflet:
