I think that pink comb is a "fakie" pony comb. I think I remember seeing something about it in a previous thread, and on this site (http://fakie-goddess.livejournal.com/)

I think the purple brush may be from one of the Fisher Price Loving Family horse sets.

The birthday present goes with a miniature Tonka dump truck from the "Happy Birthday" line in the early 90s. Google "McDonalds Birthday Tonka Truck" and you'll get loads of images.
