Hello there. I agree with getting the Ghibli Collection. I am a huge fan and never disappointed. That is mostly all the anime I own except for some older childhood cartoons.

I haven't watched very much anime but I have seen a few of the ones you've mentioned and love em.  I recommend Inuyasha and Rurouni Kenshin.  Dunno if you'd like em but I love em.

Edit:  Oh and Crest of the Stars.  My husband introduced me to that one.  I've only seen the first few episodes but it's good too.

Edit:  Just started watching "Spice and Wolf" and I am loving that as well.

Do you Like Fairy Tale Esqe Anime? If so I'd Recommend Revolutionary Girl Utena, Princess Tutu, and The Violinist of Hameln.
