Blue Hair Doll

Looking for some information on this doll, anything would be nice. I don't have it anymore and this is the only real picture I have of it (I do have it's shoes though...). Most of this doll's life was spent, well, not in a pretty dress. It's body was white (felt like cotton) and it's arms and legs were plastic. Picture was taken around the mid 80s, I believe the doll is from the 80s as well.

My guess would be a cabbage patch clone knockoff of some sort.
