Golden Girl and the Guardians of the Gemstone were produced by Galoob in 1985. The series featured nine female and two male characters which were produced as small dolls. There was also three sets of fashion, two horses and a few playsets. It was a short lived series and ceased manufacturing after only one year.

There were three sets of fashions produced, one each of the nine female dolls but oddly none for the two male dolls.
Evening Enchantment Fashions
"An elegant approach that employs shiny and sequined fabrics for a wide variety of gowns."
This set was called "Glorious Glitter" in the Galoob catalogues, but I've only ever seen it called "Evening Enchantment" on packaging.
