I'm looking for info on these toys:
ID-ed as Teddytown
(http://i826.photobucket.com/albums/zz190/kristap012/Unidentified%20Toys/IMG_2296.jpg?t=1269555294)
this also had a girl bear. only markings are made in china (the n's are backwards) the little house also says made in china but n's are right. always thought they went together but now i'm not sure
ID-ed as Mini Playmates, produced by Mannix in 1989
(http://i826.photobucket.com/albums/zz190/kristap012/Unidentified%20Toys/IMG_2298.jpg?t=1269555439)
2 barrettes i had as a girl probably from the 90's. no markings on these
ID-ed as produced by Tim Toys
(http://i826.photobucket.com/albums/zz190/kristap012/Unidentified%20Toys/IMG_2299.jpg?t=1269555485)
all it says is Made in China
ID-ed as Shaggy Doggy Mommy & Pups
(http://i826.photobucket.com/albums/zz190/kristap012/Unidentified%20Toys/IMG_2303.jpg?t=1269555540)
i sometimes see these for sale as fluppy dog squeaky toys but cannot find any info on them. They have no markings
(http://i826.photobucket.com/albums/zz190/kristap012/Unidentified%20Toys/IMG_2304.jpg?t=1269555624)
T.N.T. 1993 Made in China. They each held something in their hand. One had a pink soda or something, can't seem to find it right now though
(http://i826.photobucket.com/albums/zz190/kristap012/Unidentified%20Toys/IMG_2307.jpg?t=1269555749)
Not sure when this is from. When you pull it's tail it rocks back and forth and plays music
any info on these would be greatly appreciated
thanks

What weird timing! I was just sorting through my pictures and found this one. I found the dolls (no clips, etc.) at a flea market awhile back and then shortly after found this pic on eBay by accident when searching for something else. They are made by Mannix, 1989 (Mini Playmates). There's also one on eBay (a different color combo of the same three dolls/barrettes/ring but they want too much for it!)
TNT stands for Toys-N-Things.
The babies look like they are from the Tomy Tinkle Tots line (mini figures?) The larger sized Tinkle Tots were so funny because they were kind of anatomically correct looking . :-P
-
Those babies with the boat look familiar. I think I might have a picture of them from a catalog.
-
Yeah, they're Tomy Tinkle Tots.
-
Wow thanks for the help so far. I would love to see a picture from a catalog if you had one.
-
Hmm, I have another one of the little clip dolls in different colors:
I had no idea she was older, so that's great to find out! I also have that little bear at the top, but have no idea when or what he is from. All of these toys I just kind of put in my "generic" folder, so I'm really interested to see what the real story is :P
I also just got one of those TNT dolls in a lot. She weirded me out immediately :P Not the most attractive little doll, IMO.
I myself have always considered the squeaky "fluppies" Fluppy dog fakies as well. But then again, I considered the little doll to be a generic, and here she turned out to be from a real vintage toy line!
-
I have the little dolls too, I just don't remember what the color combo is (I might have the blonde ones)! No clips/rings, though. When I'm back at the house over break I could dig them out if anyone wants them. :)
-
I recognize the Fluppy Dogs and Fluppy Puppies. I don't remember them squeaking, but I remember collectible merchandise such as books, lunch boxes, etc. The Fluppy Dogs I had were pastel-colored with soft bodies and yarn hair. So cute!
-
Yeah, but we don't think they're "official" licensed toys from the Fluppy Dog toymakers . So, if they're knock-offs, who made them?
-
Hey, I have a picture (not mine) of the bear in a car toy set. Mine came in a clear pink chest and was purchased at a dollar store. I remember really liking them. :) I'll post it soon.
The doll on the right with the bag labeled "My Little Beauty Shop" is wearing a Kelly (Barbie's little sister) dress, so don't let that throw you off. ^^
Good luck!

I just found a photo of the MOC little clip dolls on eBay and thought I'd go ahead and post it. While the company, Mannix, is the same as the one that Zuse posted, the little dolls in this set are posed a little differently, and as you can see, the packaging and name is also different (these are called Pretty Pop Its):

Ooo! Good find! Here's the brunette one that's so expensive on eBay:
The first one I posted is also back up, but whoever is selling it has priced it much more affordable. :-P
-
I used to have the bears too they were just cheap pound store toys I don't think they were any particular line.
-
I know this is kinda off topic but it's gonna drive me crazy. Doesn't girl on the packaging look like the girl that played in "Adventures In BabySitting" not Elizabeth Shue, but the younger girl she babysat? She may have posed for the photo a while back?
-
THOR!
Haha, I don't know.
-
The babies are not Tomy Tinkle Tots -- they had legs.
-
If you scroll down (it's the fifth picture) there is one of the freaky TNT dolls. No accessories or anything, but it's the only other one I've seen online.
-
Here is the picture I talked about:

Hope it's helpful.

Great! Those have the same style of house so I was right in thinking they went together, I also have that tree somewhere, now I can add it to the set. I love that the house is pink and that the bear is blue, I really need more of this set.
-
Wonderful, I'm so glad I was able to help you!! :D

aah i have both the bears and the babies (baby):
i think i got them as they are from friends when i was little, so i don't have any info.
but the furniture and the moped (?) kind of looks like the furniture and moped to this set i have:
which i know nothing about either, except that i bought it in belgium in 1995.
-
Oops! Just realized I forgot to post the link to the TNT doll. Here she is, fifth picture down:

Here's a catalog scan for the bears. It's from 1994.

-
Wow, pikapal. You are good! Do you have a scrapbook of all your clippings? :)
-
Excellent finding Pikapal, that is fantastic! :)

-
So, it was just sold as one set, then? Not by separate pieces?
Are there color variations? I haven't really gone back and looked back at the other posted pictures...
-
In we got these in those little clear plastic conatiners with a handle that cheapo toy companies seem to favour. There may have been a big set available but the ones I knew of came from the plastic containers.
-
Has anyone managed to find anything else about the bears/babies? I'm having an attic clearout soon so I can see if I still have them. Fingers crossed I do, because I'm pretty sure I had a lot of them :P
-

Thanks! ;D Not really a scrapbook more like a box full of clippings and old catalogs. I have some more, but I can't seem to find them after I moved 2 years ago.
-
I think a typical set came with a car, house, tree, and a couple of bears. Something like that.

thanks pikapal. i wanted the bears identified the most. its the cutest little set and ive wanted to find more, now I might have better luck
-
Here is a kid of similar lot of toys that come in the kind of case that we got the teddy town playsets in. Note the accessories actually seem to be from mimi and the goo goos moulds (chairs and umbrella are very similar to the mimi and the goo goos burger parlour set)
-
So I came across my little plastic bears and some of their accessories, one of which is a swing attached to its original cardboard insert. I'm not the original owner of them, so I'm not positive that the swing's from the same plastic teddy line, but it looks the same as far as the color of the plastic and scale goes (and they were all in the same lot that I purchase from eBay some time ago). The cardboard insert with the swing gives the name "Teddy's Families" for that particular set, and the info on the back says it was manufactured for the Dollar Tree, so perhaps some of the small, individual sets had a different name (other than Teddytown)?
Here's a quick photo of most of my stuff from the lot, though there are a few pieces that may not be part of the set (like the ladder, and perhaps that little round, pink chair):

Here's a close-up of the swing's cardboard insert:

-
That insert looks like it might go in a plastic box.
In fact... I feel like I saw one of those little playsets recently but it WAS teddies, not ponies (and I was wanting a Pony Luv). :P
-
I think that catalog just sold generic type toys, so they named them whatever they wanted. Teddytown might have a bunch of different names, but still pretty much the same thing.

Agreed.
I love the little animal go gart things - they're so cute :)
-
The three dolls with bags--the dark hair doll at the end--her dress looks like Barbie's Baby Sister Kelly's dress.
-
It is a Kelly dress, they are Kelly-sized dolls. I have a ton of knockoff Kelly-sized dolls but none with expressions like that! I think I would remember them :o
-
I had the playset with the bears and the babies. I'm not sure but I think that were no-name products made in china, i had many kinds of it... With grey bears, with cats, a rollercoaster thing etc. I loved them. :D
-
I found a really tiny picture of the bears in a plastic container. In this catalog it's called "Teddy's Wonderland".

I've got the baby figures (mini tinkle tots look-a-likes) mint on card. They are made by Tim Toy.
If anybody is interested in a picture or in buying please let me know.
-
A picture of the Tim Toy's baby playset. I sell them on a Dutch website (like ebay), but If anybody is interested you can send me an e-mail. I can also send you the picture, if it's not clear enough.

Yeah, those babies with the boat look familiar.Nice toys.

The 3 dolls with the shopping bags have faces that remind me of Galoob's Baby Face dolls.
