[ID: Techno Tows & Polly Pocket] Three toy cars need more information

I have no idea what these cars are. They were in the bin of horse toys .
1. car is blue in color with a yellow and pink seat about an inch and a half long. Looks like a doll or some thing came with it.

Reads BBT copyright 94 thats all.

2.  I am sure this car  is missing apart or two. It is black and pink with purple wheels

The first car looks like a Polly Pocket car. BBT does stand for bluebird toys

Thanks if it is a polly pocket car some one is welcomed to it I do not collect them.  Any more information on the techno tows from Wendys ?

Found a picture of the Wendys 1995 Techno Tows Complete Set of 5 MIP  on ebay . The black car in the photo is from this set but the part that came with it is missing. Here is the auction I have the DiMaggio truck as well I am not sure if I will keep it or not .
