A good place to look would be Sears or other large department store catalogues from the era.  They often have large sets of clothes photo'd in them in the "Barbie" section... (?)  These little/ "knock off" style companies are notoriously hard to ID - often the fabrics/trims will change for the same set too, as original materials run short, etc.  I'll try looking around what I have later today.

Jasmine volunteered to model it for me (I pulled out my box of dolls and she's the one who was wearing it).

Turns out that the dots on the dress are dark green. Also, it had a stole/wrap with ruffles on either end just like the hem.

So, those are definitely Creata shoes, right?

I wish that the seller had included a better picture of the back that has the drawings of the fashion line!

(The auction is mislabeled as Hasbro but you can see the Creata International, Ltd. logo on the front - I guess the seller was confused by the Mattel/Hasbro disclaimer on the back).

I'd buy this one as well but the price is a bit steep for me.
