Sorry for the second topic in such a short time,I'm just On a hunt to find the toys I had when I was younger.

ID: Fantasy Fillies

Okay,so there used to be these toy horses made of hard plastic, that lighted up.
I think they had clear colored plastic flowers [that corresponded with the color of the horse] that would light up.
They had long hair.
I can't remember if they had horns or wings,or neither.
So far I can remember a pink one,a light blue on,and a dark blue/purple one.
They should have come out in the late 90's.

ALSO,

ID: MermaidLuv

There was a line of mermaid dolls in the 90's,around the same time Mattel released their little mermaid dolls.
They had long hair, but unlike sea wees, they had flat bottomed tails so they could stand up.
They had several playsets I believe,One of which I think was a jewelery box.

ID: Makeup Mindy

And last,

Makeup doll. the color purple was her main color I think, she came with play-doh-ish stuff that you put in the fridge and then put on her face to reveal a mark or something. she also had a working hairdryer and color change hair i think. From the late 90's-early 2000's.

Can anyone Identify these three lines?

Could the mermaid dolls be My Pretty Mermaids?

I don't know about a jewelry box playset though.

I think it's My Pretty Mermaids too.  They had a pink shell jewelry box and inside there was this plastic ring with water and sparkles inside.  That's the one I had anyway.

Nope,It's not my pretty mermaids. The end of the tail was molded, without a joint, and flat on the base so it could stand up.
Nope,they aren't light up little beauties. :?
They were closer to barbie horse sized.

How about Fantasy Fillies? I'm thinking this line specifically:
http://www.fantasyfillies.com/filly.php?p=starprancer

The mermaids I'm lost on. The only standing mermaids I can think of are from the Shimmers line and they're small and earlier than the 90s.

Shoot, Eilonwe, you beat me to it with the Fantasy Fillies suggestion. So many hard-to-ID 90's horses end up being those.
Wish List!
-Any Merwees (CAP Toys)
-Lady Lovely Locks Seek & Peek board game
-Used/nude Fashionista Ken

The doll with the color change hair is Makeup Mindy. I think she is from 2000.

About what size were the mermaids? Did they have rooted or molded hair?
The only mermaids I can think of that stand on their fins are those already mentioned and this doll, but she's the only one with fins like that, and they didn't have playsets.

The line is just called Mermaids. I had some when I was little and I loved them so much! I'm obsessed with them! They're pretty hard to find though. Here's my flickr set of them:

And here are the others from the same owner of the two I posted:
