Hello, I bring sad news   
I contacted an Italian ebay user who's selling seven dolls, all but the infamous Patty Peach, as a complete collection. I asked him whether he remembers ever seeing Patty and he replied that he bought several boxes full of Popcorn Pretties from a stockist, and inside he found several "almost complete" series, all of which were missing Patty.
So I think we could safely assume that she was never produced, or at least never commercialized abroad.
I'll consider my collection complete from now on, as I own seven dolls out of seven, but that's a pity
