So I found this doll at a thift store just like this.

She looks like there is something electronic going on. Who is this Barbie???

Also, I seem the recognize the bathing suit which is too small for her it seems. She is a regular sized Barbie. Anyone know where this bathing suit is from?

Oh cool, thats why it doesn't fit Barbie very well. :)
I remember it because I had Wet n Wild Barbie and the suits look  a bit similar.
I wonder if it still changes color in water?
