First picture, 4th and 5th brushes are My Scene.

The yellow flower one on the bottom row might be My Little Pony. Not sure though.

Second brush on the second row is from Lanard's "Party Ponies".

The pail pink comb in the bottom row of the first picture is definitely a Barbie brush, as its exactly the same as the Total Hair Barbie comb, but your one is a pailer pink. I dont know which Barbie your comb is from, but anyway here is a link to a picture of my Total Hair Barbie and accessories:

none of these are my little pony. The swirl comb at the bottom of the first picture is often mistaken as MLP (so much that I have like ten in my collection bag) but it wasn't an actual MLP release. I don't remember what it's from.

The small blue brush and comb set is very similar to the brush that came with the original Kelly doll (which I had), except mine was pink. You can see it in the bottom of the box in this pic: http://di1-3.shoppingshadow.com/images/pi/b7/6c/da/96731439-450x450-0-0_Mattel+Barbie+KELLY+Baby+Sister+of+Barbie+Set+1994.jpg

I don't know if blue came with Kelly (perhaps Tommy?), it could possibly be a knockoff using the same mold.
Always looking for my little ponies!

Can you take a picture of the back of the brush in the second picture? It looks very familiar...

I recognise the brush in the last photo. The pink rose came with quite a few fake ponies. My own white rose brush came with a white 'BuddyL' fake pony, made neighing or galloping sounds when you pressed a button on the stomach. But I have seen a few of these rose brushes with other fake brand ponies as well (usually came with an arched, heart-detailed comb, too).
