90s Barbie ID help please

Hi guys, I'm selling my Barbies but have found one with no box and no clothes and I just cannot remember her name or identify her myself.

I believe she is a 90's Barbie

She has golden shell earrings and long blonde hair, she has glitter bits on the left side of her hair and on the right there is a purple/pink streak and an orange streak which when heat is applied (breathing on it or holding it) the colour vanishes and the hair turns blonde!

I thought that in particular would be unique enough to ID her but no such luck

If anyone also knows what outfit she wore that would be much appreciated as I may still have it!
