the charms look like they are from something called a junk bracelet that came out in the 1980;s they were just random charms on a plastic bracelet.

The clip charms tend to be called any variation on clip charms, bell charm, 80s charms, junk charms etc...

I recognise the cat - there were lots of different types available and they came with playground items. I had one with a swing and one with a see-saw.
