Ive had no luck finding out what this thing is.

All I remember is that it was orange with a handle. There was a place to store the cards in the back (I think the cards had holes in the bottom similar to the 'little talking scholar') You would take a card and slot it into the front...the cards had a story and some of the words were a rebus, pictures of things instead of words. When you pressed on that image on the card it made a noise, there was a tinkerbell noise a 'I'm mickey mouse' noise and I think there was thumper from bambi and possibly minnie mouse. The sounds are ingrained in my mind. It was like a forerunner to the play-a-sound books. It came out in the late 80s or maybe early 90s. Does anyone have a picture or more information??

:D I still love this toy! *stares at it sitting across the room. My parents had this for me when I was growing up and it was one of my favorite learning toys, especially on roadtrips!

Oh my gosh! I was thinking about the little talking scholar toy when you mentioned it I just had to look it up to see if it was the toy I used to play with at a friends house and it was so cool that someone mentioned on here.
