Maybe it's because I've been looking at fast food toys all day, but that's what these look like to me...they have that collect-them-all vibe, and they seem to be small enough. The only problem is that there's so many of them. Hmm.

Do you think they could be Barbie? Tara Toys made Barbie stuff. They don't REALLY look like it, but I mean...it's a bunch of mostly-blonde women in different career guises, so I have to wonder.

EDIT: I just noticed that some of those rooms in the picture from ebay are duplicates and there are only eight different ones. That makes the fast food thing seem feasible again.

They aren't fast food. They're a Tara Toys toy from some cheap store (Roses or K-Mart or something).

I have a box of all my fast food toys and know where I got them all. These aren't fast food.

And I know about the fast food toy site.

I watched these on ebay a couple days ago because I was curious about them:

Looks to be the same line?  Obviously I don't know much about them since I was curious :P

Tara toys in general are a beast to pin down.

Do you think "Tiny Teen Collection" is their proper name, like it says in that listing? I've tried searching but I keep getting x-rated search results even with Google safe search on! :-[ Alas. I hope you track them down, they're neat--I have a soft spot for modular toys.  :P

Hmm. Maybe!

MINIATURE DOLL FIGURES
I am wondering what the name of a specific product is that I am trying to locate. During the early 1990s, miniature teenage girl figures were sold in toy stores, usually in a 4 pack. They were also sold with octagonal box backdrops that could connect with each other. I believe they were called something like "tiny teens" or "teeny teens," but am uncertain and have not been able to locate anything by that name. I have two of the backdrops, and they are copyrighted by Tara Toy Corp. , and made in china.
