Child sized walking talking doll with adjustable hair help please.

Hi, I am trying to track down a doll I had in the early to mid 80s.

She was child sized and I think she had blonde hair with bunches that you could pull to make longer or there was a winding dial on her back to make them shorter.

She also had a disc compartment in her back that you could open. The disc was clear or possibly opaque with a blue tint. I don't think you could change it. I think that's just how she 'spoke/sang'.

You would move her arm to make her sing. I'm pretty sure she was mean't to 'walk' if you held her hand but I could never get her to do it.

I think she was wearing a nurses outfit. It was blue and white.

Any ideas please? It's driving me nuts trying to remember
