The gold one is small, it would fit a Pippa-sized doll.

The green one with net is larger and might fit a Barbie.

The green one has been identified now - it's a Fashion Star Fillies headband for Joelle the pony (!)

Wow!  Way to identify.  It always amazes me what happens when people en masse go to identifying things.  We discover things we couldn't possibly get on our own.  :)  ;)

Thank you hime for correctly identifying that it was a skirt (not a head dress) from a She-ra doll.  I think it came with a doll that I bought from a car boot sale many years ago. She looks like an 80's action figure doll, but I've never been able to identify her. Funnily enough I've spent many hours scouring She-ra websites trying to identify the doll and never even spotted the skirt!
