Japanese Takara Doll

I can't seem to find a match for this doll! She is marked Takara 1991 on the back of her head. The markings on her body are Japanese symbols. She is not like a barbie doll, but chunkier like a baby doll. She wears a pink and white sailor dress. Most importantly, she takes batteries (an odd size). There is a button on her chest. When pressed, she beeps and there are red lights in different parts of her body.

You should take a picture of her Japanese markings if possible. I studied Japanese for 6 years, so I might be able to translate for you.
