Help with Identifying Doll Rollerblades
« on: Wednesday 29 May 2013, 09:36 am »
This is slowly driving me insane. I cannot seem to find out who these belong to. They are really well made, heavy plastic, wheels turn, and are around 1" long in the foot.

Any help is appreciated.

Are there small holes in the top?

No small holes in the top, they are for an actual foot to go in. I thought betty spaghetti too, but the pics I can find, the skates are not these ones.

I looked at some pictures of Rollerblade Barbie and friends from 1990, but no one seems to be wearing skates like these.  I also looked at the separate Rollerblade outfits that were sold, but they didn't come with skates, just the skintight outfits!

I know, right!? There are true mysteries. I can't find anything out about them. It is still driving me bonkers, LOL.

I keep thinking they're from 'California Roller Baby' or 'Baby Rollerblade' but I think maybe your skates are smaller than those for these dolls? Also, googling the baby dolls it looks like the wheels on their skates are thicker than the ones shown here.

So thank you - they're also driving me mad too! :-)

Bwahaaahaa......my plan to drive everyone nuts is working....LOL

Yeah, I thought them too, but these are only about 1 inch long, and the other dolls are definitely bigger.

Still looking and hoping though.
