18-24'' doll with pink dress/bead stand

Hi guys!

I used to have this doll when I was younger, late nineties maybe?

I remember that she was in the 18-24'' range (I think). She had a pink dress. One thing I definitely remember about her is that she came with a stand that had compartments with sets of hair beads for the doll.

As for hair, I think she was blonde. She might have had bangs. I thought she had something to do with Conair, but my searches aren't pulling anything up.

...although there is a website on the box so it's probably later than "late 90s." Hmm...
