[ID: Glamorous Mice] Miniature Stuffed Mice [Jul 2009]
« on: Sunday 07 March 2010, 06:43 pm »
Brett emailed me this toy description:

"Hi! I just saw your website and was wondering if you could help me. I am trying to locate miniature mice (stuffed) about maybe 2 inches high. I had them in the late 70's and early 80's and they came in different outfits. They had fur and looked very real and were standing upright. I live in the NY area USA, so not sure if they were only sold around here. Can you help?"

Miniature mice originally by Original Fur Company, later by Russ, and dressed by The Little Mouse Factory.

Note that they're different from the catalog picture above, which is of Steiff miniatures.

I've emailed Brett to let him know there are several suggestions no on his post.

I emailed almost everyone personally (which took me hours  :-\) who had ever emailed me about a toy ID when I first started the board to let them know where there post could be located, but so many of the email addresses are now non functioning that I suspect a lot of the old unidentified toy posts I put on myself may never be read by the original emailers. This being the case I shall probably move them into a new board so they don't clutter up the main ID board.
