How to clean my little pony

I just found the box of ponies and some of them are covered in dirt , and some are covered in pen ink! What is the best way to clean them , and is there any way to get pen ink off of them?
Another one has  most of the velvet on it rubbed off can that one be fixed ? Any tips will  be welcomed.
