[ID: Kitty / Puppy Go Bye Bye] Pet and Carrier Toy
« on: Tuesday 27 April 2010, 04:04 am »
Hi I found this picture online a while back and remember having the same toy. Except it was a dog (not a cat) with the same carrier. Anyone know what they are called? Maybe from "Talent Toy Factory Ltd".

My younger sister had one too - it was cream and it's name was lovey. I think the top of her carrier may have been aqua though. It might still be floating around somewhere. At one point we used the carrier as a sleeping house for pet mice so it actually might be in the shed with the other mouse accessories I'm not using at the moment. They were called a generic type of name like my little kitty/puppy. I actually saw these sold again in 2000 some time in Red Dot (a discount store). I don't think they were old stock - I think some company was just re-using old designs.

I had a Shar Pei puppy version that I bought in Hong Kong in approx. 1995, so these must have been quite widespread. I think mine barked if you pressed the paw.

I think they're Puppy Go Bye Bye and Kitty Go Bye Bye. I'm sure the kennel is somewhere around my mom's house of the one my sister owned.
