Can anyone identify this please? White squishy rubber cat marked Mattel Inc, 1994 China. Approx 4.5 cm in length.

No, it's not the same, thank you anyway. But it's a bit similar. Mine has it's eyes closed and all the Little Pretty Kitties I've looked at have theirs open.

I think I own another cat from this line of toys.  I do not know what they are and hadn't had time to look into it yet.  Mine is also squishy and has a brushable tail (though I think mine is cut short).  I have a yellow one with her eyes open.  They are probably about an inch and a half long and are much much smaller than Pretty Kitties.  Next to each other, the Pretty Kitties would be like the moms to these little things.

I'll try to remember to post my yellow cat's picture up sometime so hopefully we'll have someone that can remember what these cats are. lol

I had this cat, and it came with this barbie bedroom playset

And Barbie's wearing the Rock 'n Curl Jem's dress in that picture!  I had Rock 'n Curl Jem. 

Man, that dress is from almost a decade before that bedroom set was made.
