(Advertisement that was for sale on eBay)
I had a couple of these that I sold a while back.
The hang tag reads:
"Woofits TM (C) 1980 W.N. Sharde, LTD."
"A Woofit TM is a kindly, furry animal originally at home in the Yorkshire Dales. They lived communally and were self sufficient, built their little houses in the hedgerows, baked their own bread and grew their own produce on the small edges of land that the farmers did not plough. Their main purpose in life is to be happy, make people laugh, and bring a sense of fun into everyone's life."
"Never cry in front of a Woofit TM or they will cry and want to go away. When your Woofit looks sad the only way to make him happy again is to give him a big kiss and tell you you Wuv him and all will be well."
"Woofits TM have an insatiable appetite for Yorkshire Pudding so never, never leave your Yorkshire Pudding unguarded or it will disappear like magic. For ages 3 and up."
The tush tags read:
"(C) Woofits TM - 1980. Owners W.N. Sharpe, LTD. R. Dakin & Company San Francisco, CA. Product of Korea. All New Materials. All New Materials. Contents: Shredded Clippings/Ground Nutshells."
