1994 Mattel baby doll

Does anyone know what this doll is? She is, indeed, marked 1994 Mattel. Her shoes are molded on and she has blue panties painted on. I don't know if the skirt in the picture is original. The one that I got also has a long light blue shirt (short dress??) on but I don't know if that's original, either. Her hair is two-toned.

UPDATE: The doll's HEAD says 1994 Mattel, her BODY says 1988 Mattel.

It's the doll again! Aaand it's wearing the same blue dress/shirt that mine is wearing, SO I'm sure it's "original" to the doll. I have two of her in my sale pile- never found a name yet but she is the same line as the princess/bride doll. I suspect she was also two things with flippable skirt like that one.

God led me - through a series of searches for other dolls while looking for this one - the this one's identity. She was released in 2002 (although her body is marked 1988 and her head is marked 1994) and her name is "Fashion Snap! Patti."
