It's Agnelica's doll Cynthia from Rurrats but what set does it go to? My google search ended up empty.

I collect Angelica stuff, but I have never seen this Cynthia doll. How tall is she? And is there any writing on her?

Not including the hair about 3 and a half inches.

No markings.

Oh, And behind the hand that is raised there's a cylinder that has a hole in it and a groove too.
