While the color is not typical (maybe a copy since it's pretty rampant) I believe,  the Tiger is a Beast Raider tiger- a Chap Mei toy that came out during the new He-Man series time (early 2000's). They were sold in dollar stores and he-man collectors seem to love them. They are lovely action figures, really detailed and well done. I believe they even have a fan following all of their own.  Never seen one with a purple saddle before :o.

Wow! Thanks for all the info. He is missing his tail and the lower part of his jaw so probably wont be worth collecting but fun to play with none the less :)
