Vintage snobby-style stuffed poodle
« on: Sunday 17 April 2016, 10:40 am »
Hello all! I have been looking for YEARS for my poodle my grandmother gave away. It was a snobby-steif style poodle but was not a steif as they do not make a real/turquoise. It had a red patent leather collar, glass eyes, a wind up key that played music, and was stiff and ball jointed. It was my fayher's, and I believe it was won at a fair in the 1960s.

Possible brands include: MyToy, Gund...maybe others. I've seen versions of it similar in both of those brands.

I am open to other stuffed snobby style poodles, but I've been searching for one like mine for years. I'm having a baby in November and doing a circus style room, and think it would make a great addition. If you are doing any searching around and come across a bright blue / teal ball jointed, glass eyed poodle...post it here. Years and years ago I had some people try and help ID it. But we never actually found one. We found a picture of one close that was a MyToy. But I would still LOVE the help!
