Toy skeleton riding a grave! ID help

Can anyone help me identify this 90's toy I'm remembering?

I recall a little goofy 2 or 3 inch tall skeleton dude wearing slippers, maybe bunny slippers haha. You could place it on a little grave plot of dirt and grass (green and brown colored) with tiny wheels. There was a tombstone at the back of the vehicle with RIP on it. I'm pretty sure there were skeleton arms at the front of the vehicle that moved when you rolled it.

The skeleton had eye balls that were yellow. Its feet were together.

Anyone else remember anything like this? Thanks!
