Kissy Pups plush

I had a plush dog that was battery operated when I was a kid. It was made sometime in the early 90's and I'm not sure who manufactured it. When you turned it on it would give you kisses (lick you, by sticking its tongue in and out).  It had a collar with a plastic yellow tag that said "Kissy Pups" or "Kissy Pup".  Mine was a grey and white sheepdog. The ears were soft hair (like found on dolls). Can somebody please give me some more info about this toy?  I've looked everywhere!
