Please help me ID my tiny stuffed puppy
« on: Saturday 19 August 2017, 03:08 pm »
I found this little puppy in a caboodle with a bunch of similar toys from the 90s, like puppy surprises and pound puppies, etc, but the brand for this one escapes me. I think I originally had 2 of them. She's very small, a bit over an inch tall, and plush. I probably would have bought her around 1996-1999.

Bottle of foundation for scale.

I only ever found one more for sale on ebay, but it was in a lot of other toys and the seller didn't know what it was, either. Thanks for any help!

I have this! It was in a cardboard basket package with mom and a sibling. SOMEWHERE I still have this packaging, which would have a name.

And years later I have the answer: Tiny Tag-Alongs from Cap Toys. This is either Freckles or Frankie. I wish I knew how to tell OP!

So these are indeed Tiny Tag-Alongs from Cap Toys. I had a full collection of them, but they got lost when I moved. Zarzaz started collecting teddy bears - tell me a store where I can add to it.

Congratulations, it's a pity that your collection got lost. I understand you perfectly, I collect ancient things myself, regarding teddy bears, a very interesting idea, I recently bought some for my daughter in  toy shop in york  there is a large selection of quality goods, the child is very happy. I think that you will be able to choose several for yourself and add to your collection.
