[ID: Sweetie Pops] Playskool Doll?

Someone was cleaning out their basement since we had epic flooding in our area a month ago and they said I could take whatever I wanted. Most of the things I found that were worth taking I could identify but there is one doll I am not sure of. It says "Playskool 1986" in the bottom and it is a vinyl one piece doll with blond rooted hair that looks like she is in a white swimsuit. She is kneeling with her hands on her legs and she seems like a bath toy for some reason. I don't have any pics yet but I should be able to get some up in a few days.

These dolls are so cute.   I have a dark haired one .  i am looking for the blonde one.

Did they ever sell any additional outfits separately? I wish I had known what to look for when I found the doll but it was getting dark and the stuff was gone by the time I came back the next day.
