can't seem to find them anywhere. tiger's made by trendmasters, the horse looks like a little beauty but idt it is.

That horse might be from the newer line of little horses. They came in a see through carry case (those infamous see through carry cases!) with some little accessories - sort of like the bear town accessories I think? Lol I'm not even sure why I've tried to answer - hopefully someone else will know what I'm on about!

Not sure on the tiger, but he's cute.

This is how I remember the Pony Luv being packaged. I think they're by Tara Toys.

The tiger is probably "Darling Zoo Troop" by Trendmasters. They were made in about 1993. Granted I've never seen a tiger one before?

Yep, I agree with Zuse that the tiger is from the "Darling Zoo Troop" line.  I've not seen the tiger before either, but it's definitely the same style.  Here's a pic of my little collection of the Darling Zoo families (though not sure if all the animals are in their correct enclosures, cuz I think some of them may have already been mixed up when I got them):
