Old Doll with Sleepy Eyes - Reliable

Hi, I got this doll in a bag with a Mini Li'l Miss Makeup (they are the same size). Reliable is written on her back. She seems old to me. I feel like she is made out of a kind of material that was used before the 80's. Anyways, if you know who she is, let me know!

Just from the appearance and my mom's doll, looks like a classic "drink and wet" baby doll.  Maybe valuable, maybe not.  Likely from around the 1960s.
